After a thunder storm and lots of rain, the skies clear and the clouds can put on the most amazing light show. I wanted to paint the colours of the clouds in the setting of the sun after a storm at Sapphire Beach in NSW. The deep blues and purples were quite unusual and created this stunning sky.

Framed with a white box frame to enhance the contemporary look of this landscape painting.
